Do you know why Colmenar has this name? It owes its name to one of its cortijos, where there were a large number of beehives in its territory. This village will be the gateway to the A-7000 road in the Montes de Malaga National Park. This part of your route on a motorbike you will enjoy it a lot, a road with truly beautiful views.

From this road, at the end, you will arrive by motorcycle to the heart of Malaga . You will arrive at the mountain pass called Puerto de Leon, here you will be able to see the sea from its viewpoint and rest in the Queen’s Fountain..

From this point the road has much more pronounced curves. This point is only 15 km from Malaga and as you get closer you will start to see restaurants. You will enter the city through the periphery and you will be able to contemplate its historical helmet, to enjoy the Castillo de Gibralfaro.
