The cemetery in this locality has been declared a historical-artistic monument since 1980, consisting of cemeteries, tumuli and pinnacles in a staggered manner. Then you must follow the A-356 road towards Velez-Malaga, leaving this road to reach Colmenar.
Do you know why Colmenar has this name? It owes its name to one of its cortijos, where there were a large number of beehives in its territory. From this road, at the end, you will arrive by motorcycle to the heart of Malaga . You will arrive at the mountain pass called Puerto de Leon, here you will be able to see the sea from its viewpoint and rest in the Queen’s Fountain..
From this point the road has much more pronounced curves. This point is only 15 km from Malaga and as you get closer you will start to see restaurants. You will enter the city through the periphery and you will be able to contemplate its historical helmet, to enjoy the Castillo de Gibralfaro.
